DIsgusting service from Wozani

Hired a vehicle from this Company, between 29/11 till 02/12/19 and then extended till 5th of December. I paid for the extra days and now they claim I paid late, therefore I forfeited my free km, which then gives them a chance to charge me for the extra days with no free km's. Tried to query this, the revised amount was even lower. Even today, I still haven't received my deposit.
