Good day,

I would like your assistance and possibly warn other fellow South Africans about a car rental company operating in Kempton Park

They are called Wozani Car rental

I hired a vehicle from these guys (Wozani Car rental) on 26.08.2017 - i was charged an exorbitant amount of R2100 for two days and R5 000 key deposit. I was told this would be returned to me within 3 working days. All other car rental companies were fully booked over this weekend and i was happy to proiceed. SO i immediately transferred R7 142 to their account

The vehicle was delivered to my house on the same day; very dirty, full of dents but i nevertheless proceeded and signed the indemnity

I returned the vehicle the next day 27.08.2017 even though i had paid for tow days

Till today my R5 000 deposit has not been paid back

They ignore all calls and emails made to them. The consultant that helped me get the car TSHEPISO gave me a number purportedly their bosses his name is JEFF but he too never picks up his phone I urgently need this money paid back but i am being ignored. Please help me
