no dilivery

i ordered an adidas red track suit online for a baby 6_12months price R420 +R60 dilivery fee which make up to R480 total ipaid the money to them in febuary 2015 ,they sent me an email confirming my order and that they did get the payment.my order number for the items was #NA00596.since febuary i was communicating with the lady telling me that my order is coming they are still orrdering it up untill today the 29 march 2015 thry told me. my item is not there on the items they ordered.they told me i have to make a replacement,i idid make a replacement today i ordered another clothes which totals to the same amount i payed before R480,bt now they sent me an email telling me they are waiting for the payment on the new order,i dont understand why do i have to pay again because its a replacement.can you please help me.thank you
