Hi There. I would like to thank you guys for a very great service. The agent that assisted me by the name of Luciano was very professional from the first call to the delivery service. Even went out of his way to change the delivery address as the sender had not advised them of the change. As a courier service this is the type of service we all need and other couriers should adapt.
