Couches never delivered and funds not refunded

We ordered a couch on the 14th of Jan to be delivered on the 5th of Feb. We paid up front. The couch was never delivered and the owner refuses to pay our money back. Loads of promises, excuses and attempts to stick her head in the sand. They are con artists with loads of similar complaints on facebook. Do not get taken in by them. also seems the photos they are using on their website is from another studio in cape town
