House bed ****

Ordered a toddler house bed and paid the required deposit. Shortly thereafter no bed arrived, i finally received excuses. but result was i was promised the bed with a delay, i was understanding and supportive and agreed on delayed timeframe (as everyone experiences set backs and one has to be understanding, right??)

Then further delays, so requested a refund for my deposit as i needed the bed for Birthday gift, it is well overdue and so i would rather find an alternative. However 2 weeks later i have still not received my money back with no communication on my latest messages, This is THEFT, ****, BEWARE.

Unprofessional, limited communication, and DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
