NO SERVICE

Wouter Richards came to install an alarm and electric fence at my house with pet friendly beams on the outside of my house.<br> The beams goes off for nothing according to Mr Richards he cant do anything to fix this as this is the weather which I highly doubt, the fence that was installed goes complete off for no reason I just as well might not have an electric fence.<br> <br> I contacted Mr Richards on several occasions to arrange a time for him to come and repair the faulty system he arranges times and then never pitches up, last week Thursday I took a day off from work because he said he will be at my place between 9 and 10 am that evening I had to call him and he did not answer his phone only send me an sms to send he will call me back as he was at an embassy he must still be there as I have not received a call from him.
