Injury on duty bosses tryinvto cover up

On the 8th December 2015 I had an accident at work, I fell through a roof and broke my back and shoulder and cracked my skull, I was in hospital for 3weeks where the company didn't even pay the bills for the hospital, after I got out of hospital I was booked off until end of February. Where the company is supposed to pay me. The boss paid me R2000 for the total time that I have worked, there is no plans for the building that we have worked on and there is no safety features at the company. For if there were I wouldn't have fallen through the roof. Now they are trying to cover everythig up by making a contract saying the building belonged to the guy that employed me. And they are lying by saying that I am working for myself as a subcontractor. I think people need to know who and what this people is.
