Worldwideinsure Barbara Bird I have had a similar experience, my claim is still ongoing, 2 months now and for one alloy wheel trim. The Claimez site was offline for updating for almost 2 weeks, in this day and age!!! It seems like every time I get in touch they send a delaying message, first they wanted my bank details, great I thought but no. Then they wanted more photos, then they wanted a clearer pic of my driving licence, then they'd lost my bank details after the updating etc etc. I'm not giving in though ... but won't be renewing at the end of January Like · Reply · 4m
