⚠️ **** ALERT – WhatsApp “Skin Whitening” Seller ⚠️

I would like to warn others about a **** I experienced involving a WhatsApp business operating under the name “Skin Whitening.”

I was approached via WhatsApp and offered skincare/whitening products (including “Gluta Pro” sets). The seller communicated professionally, provided product images, and encouraged me to purchase a bundle.

I made a payment of R850 on 14 April 2026 using the following details:

• Name used: Mbalentle Mhatu • Phone number: *** • Email: *** • Bank: Discovery Bank • Account number: ***

After payment:

- I was promised delivery the following week - Multiple delays were given - No tracking or proof of shipment was provided - Communication became inconsistent and eventually unresponsive

To date, no products have been delivered.

I have full evidence including: ✔️ WhatsApp conversations ✔️ Proof of payment ✔️ Product images used for advertising

This appears to be a **** using:

- Recycled product images - False business representation - Payment collection without delivery

I have reported the matter to the bank and will be opening a formal ***** case.

⚠️ Please be cautious when dealing with WhatsApp businesses requesting upfront payment without verified websites or physical stores.
