I purchased and paid for a special that included delivery to my door on 30 May 2024.

Vendor made numerous excuses as to why the order was taking so long. ****** phone, no stock, unable to track location etc, etc. The list goes on and on.

Then says i must pick up from the store since im from Durban.

Then changes the story and says special only includes pep/ paxi not door to door months after i gave her my physical address for delivery.

The lies don't end. I agree for her to paxi and then send her the pep paxi location. Weeks later She still lies and says she carnt find pep/paxi location. Like really....

I've asked her for my refund and called numerous time without answer.
