****med for puppy online

Hi, I've been ****med for over R11000 due to a puppy service I used online...I paid the owner R2375 as a deposit and the owner of Prettiespaws.co.za Yolanda Paige advised me that the pup would arrive the next day...the next day she referred me to someone by the name of Alan who was supposed to have delivered the pup he asked for an additional R9600 for a special crate for the pet to be carried in as it was still a baby...the owner assured me it was safe to do so as the money would be refunded once the pet arrives...I never received anything and they have now blocked me from whatsapp...I have suffered a huge loss...please be weary of this *******
