<p>I called this company to change the delivery address for my parcel and I was amazed as to how on top of the game Simon was – a five minute call was done in 2 minutes i.e. when I gave him the new address, he amazingly recalled most of the information for me together with the rules & regulation for this new delivery address etc. which saved so much time for the both of us and I am sure it helped him be able to help the next caller timeously too.<br /><br /></p> <p>This might seem small, but to me it seems amazing as this says a lot about Simon - that he pay extra ordinary attention to details.</p> <p>Thank you Simon - keep the Excellent job up :-).</p> <p> </p>
