Worst insurance ever

My story start from 12 March My fone wasnt even on insurance , some other fone i didnt even own was on my insurance. I dont even want to say anything further because all the complaints of this WWAS is already on Hellopeter from other customers. I made payment of R1875 on the 17 April still nothing. This insurance use delay tactics , you mail them today they respond after 2 days if you lucky. Please people use your own insurance. Telkom insurance is the worst.
