Worst Insurance company ever! Bunch of ****mers!

This is the worst Insurance company ever! I have been requesting a refund since July 18th 2024 for my cancelled insurance. I had initilly called on May 22, 2024 to cancel my insurance but your agent never actioned the cancellation even though they said they had, and I only noticed this on July 18th. I called in again on July 18th and they still continued to charge me until August! I provided proof of the initial call and the documents requested. To this day! January 25, 2024, I have nitbeeb refunded! All I get is emails saying my refund will be processed and I should wait, all the time! This company works on hoping you will eventually give up and let them keep your money!
