Worst Insurance company

I sent in a claim on the 15th July 2024 and received an excess email of R1875 needed for an insurance i've had for 3 years with no claim since, worse part for a dual sim Huawei Nova 9.

What madness is this Worldwide Advisory Services?

Am i claiming for an Iphone here?
