Worst Customer Service I've ever Experienced

The worst service I've ever experienced! Through Telkom my device went in in December (2023) It is now June (2024) and they're either trying everything they can to not fix my device or they just keep quiet for months on end! I've never experienced something like this and as a result, Telkom has now lost a customer in me. I never had a struggle like this whilst at Vodacom!
