Worldwide Advisory Services is ****, ******, FLY by NIGHT, PARASITES and FONKOL company

I had a cellphone insurance policy with Worldwide Advisory Services in 2022.My phone got lost in July 2024, and I lodged a claim to have my phone replaced. I submitted all the necessary documentations to process and finalize the said claim. I was told to wait for about 15 days to approve or disapprove the claim, I enquired on the 15th day about the outcome, and I was shockingly informed that the claim was declined with no reason/s provided at all. I phoned and sent out some emails to get the letter of decline to no avail. Worldwide Advisory Services is a ****, ******, FLY BY NIGHT and *******. My fellow Mzansi, please stay away from this parasitic company and possibly deregister your insurances policies with them to avoid disappointments. I'm still paying for the subscription even though I have no handset, let alone receiving contract data and free minutes. I have just taken the matter up with the Insurance Ombudsman for assistance.
