Worldwide Advisory Services & CellC - Pathetic Client Service

The incident with my phone happened 17/11/2024. I went to the CellC shop at Oaksfield Mall and obtained the Claims form for insurance. This form was completed and handed in that that store WITH my device 20/11/2024 (sms received from store confirming). I was then informed that I will be contacted by the Repair Service Department to get updated on my device. To date -They have not even bothered to contacted me at all to inform me if the device is repairable or does it need replacement.

Myself and the family then when on holiday 06/12/2024 and returned to SA 19/12/2024. I then started following up with the CellC store as to what the progress on my phone is as I have not heard anything back yet…….from then till now e-mails are going back and forth of this company requesting the claim form and the motivational letter as to why my claim has been submitted so long after the incident???? This after I had to complete another claim form and send it to then 22/01/2025 It has now been 2 months trying to get a simple thing such as a phone screen fixed. How is it the Consumers responsibility to follow up with the store as to why this claim was submitted so late and what happened to the claims form I completed and handed in with the device 20/11/2024? I did what I need to do and yet I am the one getting penalised for other people’s lack of competency??

Reviewer Update
so...to date this issue is still ongoing with requests being send to me for the Motivational letter I have to send to explain why my claim was submitted more than 30 days after the incident.

I have now resorted to be a "Karen" and have reported both CellC and Worldwide Advisory Services to The NCC and The NFO.
