Worldwide Advisory Services, another comoany that takes customer's money and not pay up!!

I registered an insurance claim on the 24th of April and till this day I am being told that it is with the assessors and I'm told that I will receive feedback in 7 days. We are in the 2nd month of me making follow ups, within that period I have also been debited twice for the cellphone insurance which the company clearly has no intention of resolving the case. Can someone tell me what the hell is going and and why would Telkom partner with such ******* company who clearly wants to take your money and not assist. I never experience such nonsense with Hollard who was initially the company who was overseeing Telkom's devise insurarance
