Worldwide advisory nonsense of a service

I have claimed on this company, they requested an access which I payed is required and sent them POP, they told me to wait for finance to confirm my payment I did,after a couple of weeks I called and then they told me the device am claiming for is not available on stock sent me a list to choose a device,which I did, after a couple of days sent an email for me to confirm address, which I did, after a couple of weeks again I called asking about the delivery of device, they told me that the one i choose was out of stock again and they placing and order it will be there in 7 days, today is the 9th day I just called and they tell me again the same story with an added bonus,the manager did not approve the order and they had to check if the previous provider did not send my order and again a placement of the order and every time I am the one communicating with them they don't notify they clients no SMS or email regarding changes or delay ....am over this Telkom insurance underwriting by Old Mutual *** ...their email is ***
