****mers! they take your money run run run when hear Telkom insurance. I had taken out insurance on two mobile devices. According to them my insurance was canceled due to non payment last year June. However, I have been billed and money goes out of my account since last year to date. When I call them to cancel the policy they say I do not have insurance with them as it was canceled. I have sent all the proof they required to show they are taking money from me for something they have said I do not have. When I request a refund they say they cannot refund me because I did not request a cancelation. When I try to request a cancelation they say I do not have cover as it's canceled. Why take my money when you say I am not covered?They are the worst insurance company that takes money for a service they are not rendering. Do not take insurance from these ******* as you will regret it. I am still battling this **** to stop.
