Unhappy loyal customer

Even after my 2 years of cellphone contract I still continued to pay insurance but now The guy by the name SABELO canceled my insurance without my concern and they are refusing to hold him accountable. I had 2 insured cellphones he canceled the insurance of the new phone I don't know why. Even if I would like to cancel I would have canceled the old cellphone not the new cellphone
