Unhappy client/customer

Worst insurance provider, I am still struggling with them, I insured iPhone 8 , I am aware that the is been discontinued, but the is iPhone se, of which is the as iPhone 8, no the force me to take iPhone 11 64gb, of which I am not happy with my was 128gb, the difference in space means a lot to me, yes it’s no no longer 8 it’s 11 but I already owned iPhone 11 128gb , so to me it’s not a wow upgrade, not less space and I already have the same device, I would like them to give me iPhone SE 128gb
