Tracking the claims process.

02/09/2024 Just logged a claim for a lost device but the reviews on Hellopeter has me bitting my nails.

I have had uninterupted insurance with telkom for the past 5 years and this is my first ever claim. Here's to hoping for the best.

Track record 02/09/2024 claim form received from Xolani. Completed and submitted. Called back later the day and was assisted by Lynique whom attached all the information which i supp**** and logged the claim. She mentioned that i should wait untill 06/09/2024 for feedback.
