The worst service ever

I would like to express my deepest regret and frustrations to the core level with this insurance company which is in partnership with Telkom device insurance. I purchased a smartphone at Telkom and took insurance for my phone. Never have I skipped any payment whatsoever. Fastforward to the day I lost my phone (insured) I was relieved that I had insured the phone so I was basically covered but little did I know that I was going to deal with unprofessional agents. I followed due process regarding the claim but after almost 2 months I still did not received any feedback about my claim. When you send emails following up, they take you back and forth. Had I know that this would happen to me I would've not even dared taken this insurance. I feel hurt considering the amount I spent on the insurance for nothing. I would not recommend anybody to take any Telkom partner insurance. When I reach out to Telkom they are not supportive at all. I am left to suffer the consequences.
