The worst insurance ever (wwas)

The worst insurance ever... I bought an iPhone and was offered this insurance company (wwas) at Telkom store, which was expensive, I cancelled my insurance with them a day after receiving confirmation of cover on the 12th of November 2024 to date they are still deducting the insurance that I cancelled two months back. To date i am still in arrears because someone did not capture my application and cancel on time. I have been requesting for proof of cancellation to date, I have not received.
