telkom phone claim

this is the worst company ever, i regret joining this insurance. they do not get the job done at all. ive been waiting for my phone for two months now, every time i email them or call them the do not give me feedback all they do is lie to me that my claim is still under review all the time , ive sent all the things they need to give me my phone but instead they LIE and give me endless reference numbers like i am stupid. im tired of you guys you are the worst. you dont even deserve my energy to type this review. every month i pay for my phone that im using. what kind of a company that does get the job done?
