Telkom insurance is a ****! ****ed Off

The worst insurance ever. I have been a telkom customer 5+ years and always took device insurance but ever since they changed their insurance administrator they have really disappointed me so much. I made a claim on the 20th of May 2024 and after multiple follow ups finally my claim was approved. I paid and access fee of R3375 and imagine today the 23/08/2024 they advised me that they are going to replace my device with a different model which value is R2800 in the shops. I might as well have kept my access and go buy a new cellphone myself after many years of paying my insurance premium and now i'm even struggling to cancel all my devices insurance. I am so ****ed off. They just lost a loyal customer. These people are true ****mers!
