Taking long to repair my Cellphone

My phone was booked for repairs on 26/03/2018 from a C Cell Store in Galleria as I have covered it with C Surance , since than am not getting proper feedback from Worldwide Advisory Services cause they always Service Repairs will have my phone delivered to the Cell C Store within a week ,weeks are always passing & weeks after weeks am being told the same story since 18/04/2018. This is very Irritating & makes me irate cause when they have .to delivered they don't but I always make sure I pay my premiums.
