Short term Insurance

Apparently, I have an outstanding amount of R244.00 for cell phone insurance with Telkom for a cell phone I owned more than three years ago. I cancelled my policy in May 2024. They continue deducting money from my account, even though the insurance companies iWYZE and Worldwide Advisory Services refunded me. However, Telkom, keeps raising an outstanding amount and even handed me over to Trace Alert once. I keep receiving annoying messages from Trace Alert, and this needs to stop immediately. Who gets blacklisted for short-term insurance
