They just tried to de***** me! Telling me to pay an amount for "repairs" when in actual fact they do not have the parts to the phone and its a new phone they are giving me. However they have added an additional amount on the claim and when I made them aware the value of the phone is less than the amount they requested and I speculate they are being *****ulent, they then confess. Its been 2 months with my phone in their care and then this??? A bunch of ********s. I have since taken legal aid against the company!
