Rejected my device without proper investigation

On the the 15th of May 2024 my cellphone device which i bought at telkom and insured it via Telkom device insurance got ****** and claimed the following day..they only got back to me on the 7th of June 2024 to tell me my claim got rejected due to unattended device even after giving them all the documentation required. The insurance is underwritten by Old Mutual I'm not totally surprised they are well known of such.
