Really bad service from this insurance company.

They are the most unreliable insurance company ever. They always have excuses when following up on a device repair on a phone that has n free screen repair. It has been almost 2 months now and still waiting. When you phone them it's always the same story waiting gor the assessment to be done when we had Telkom insurance through Admin plus it used to be 2 weeks and you got your device back looking like new so why can't everyone be as quick. We pay a lot of money for insurance to be this ***********.
