Poorest service ever. Worst insurance company ever. DISGUSTING

Their service is disgusting, I regret taking their cell phone insurance. It's been 2 months of claiming for my lost device and whenever I call them they say my claim is with senior assessors I will receive a feedback within 7 days until today I am still waiting for a feedback. I will not rest until I get my claim and I will report also to OBUDSMAN
