Poor service from WWAS

I have an device insurance with WWAS for my phone and i have been trying make a claim for my device and every consultant that has answered my calls ends up dropping my call and giving me a run-around. I am not happy with the service from the company yet i am a paying customer. I have called 6 times today only and no one has been able to assist me.
