So telkom decided to change from admin plus to this one and oh lord is their claim process not unnecessarily long. A whole month of claiming for a phone with no process. They will keep on telling you it's under review till you start telling them you will complain or go to ombudsman. They should go take some service notes from admin plus, their process was flawless and fast. To think they will increase premiums with such disappointing service, maybe we should start looking for other reasonable insurances.

On the other hand I would like to appreciate Tshepang one of the male Consultants that went out of their way to assist me. Other consultants kept on saying I should wait for feedback even though the SLA has lapsed but he escalated and within a day my claim was approved. May he keep assisting other clients the same.
