Insurance ****ming

Please be very careful if you purchase a device at Telkom,Telkom used Admin + as the insurance company for the device I purchased. It was a Honor 90,because I lost my Huawei P30 lite. I canceled the insurance on the Huawei P30 lite.A month back I received a message from Telkom and the new insurance company namely World wide advisory service informing me what a loyal customer I am to insure my Huawei P30 lite with them. I contacted World wide advisory services and told them that I canceled the Huawei P30 lite.A lady at the company named Jade told me that the Honor 90 was canceled on the 18 February 2024 and that is the same day I took out the insurance for the Honor 90.I ask her where is the proof that I canceled that device, She blamed Admin+ for doing the mistake, I ask her that I'm paying almost a year for a device I don't have and if my Honor 90 must go missing then they would have not paid me out. I send her the invoice of the date I started to insure my Honor 90 and the latest invoice where I'm paying for my Honor 90,I was informed by her that she can't use that, because it's a video statement, but that's what I received from Telkom, This query was coming on now for a month but no results. In the meanwhile I'm paying the insurance value of the Honor 90, but it's for the value of a cheaper device. I got tired of being ****med and canceled the insurance with them. I ask her to send me proof of cancelation but I doubt if that will ever happen, I really feel like taken this further because it's more like *****.
