DO NOT TAKE UP ANY INSURANCE WITH THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET

I lost a phone which I use for work purposes and have put in a claim. These people tell me they can't find the phone usage so some other department is going to look at the usage. This could take up to 14 days. Total disregard for the customer or what the purpose of the phone is. I would advise anyone to avoid Telkom and these people. This is the worst service I have ever received from any business. Sies! Disgusting service!
