DO NOT INSURE YOUR DEVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Telkom Device Insurance - Whatever you do, please don't use them to insure your device. I submitted a claim over a month ago and to this day nothing has been done. I spoke to a consulted by the name of Thato yesterday (20 May 2024) and she literally hang up on me when I was following up on my claim. Everytime I call... I get a different story. Mind you, I have done everything on my end, the access is even paid but there's absolutely no solid feedback or communication from them.
