Claim-worse service ever received

Guys I don't like to complain or nag but this is beyond my patience.I have a claim I logged a week ago each an everytime I have to call to get feedback with nothing I have sent all necessary information.my case number claim has been logged, with reference number: TLK147688 for my telkom devices
