Cellphone claim

Please avoid worldwide Advisory services by all means. They are working with telkom claims, I submitted the claim on the 20th of January 2025 and I was given a turn around time of 7-14 working days, ever since that when I call to check the status of my claim they always tell me that my claim is in for assessment, whenever I ask for assessment department or supervisor they always busy and can't take my call and ask my number to call back but I've never received any call from the so called assessment department .worse part is that I already paid 2 premiums without the device, I regret I shouldn't have known better before accepting this company that doesn't value their clients 💔💔💔💔
