Cell c insurance

It a horrible company to be insured with, they change their terms as and when they please. The only time you find out is when you have to put through a claim. I had insured my cellphone device with them and according to my policy wording the sim card was also covered because both were ****** together. Do they honestly think people are stupid enough to take out insurance covering all risks , which includes theft of their phones but not ensure that sim card is included in the cover with the device. The level of service speaking to their customer care consultants is pathetic because they didn't even know their licence number.
