Bad Services

I can not believe the services i have endured with you guys , Paid for my Access fee on the 28th of February 2025 everything was captured i was advised to send a motivational letter as to why i paid late of which i did on Monday , Now i have been calling ever since with help , I have not received my phone , Every time i call all agents advise me on different stories , I just do not understand what services are you guys rendering when you have to replace the device it takes forever to do so , My life is on hold i need my device delivered Before Friday the 7th of February 2025 ... Why do we insure things if we can not get them on time after abounding to all the required rules
