Bad service from admin plus (Telkom)

I have been paying for my insurance, claimed and have been waiting for my phone since 28 November 2024. Been trying to call the insurance and courier with no joy. I ask for refund, they are refusing. I will never encourage anyone to insure with them. Their service is very bad. They don't care or even take their clients seriously. I regret so bad.
