Bad service

I have 4 devices insured by Telkom admin plus and they have change that to worldwide advisory insurance I went and claim one of my devices only to find that admin plus didn’t do the proper hand over to them they need the date which I have received the device which I don’t remember ever since I have lost my email so I don’t have anything with so now they told me to call admin plus and ask them to update admin plus told me that they don’t have access to my account and I went back to Wwa they told me to take the device to Telkom and the service was very bad they were shouting at me telling me that they won’t be able to assist me I left the phone with them and all th documents there
