I would like to give a 10/10 for Katleho Taole's service with regards to the processing of my cellphone claim. although the phone is yet to be delivered, He stayed with me on the line to ensure all the documentation that was needed was uploaded properly and sent to the relevant team for approval and I actually got approval while I was still with him on line.
