I am beyond infuriated. Before Worldwide Administration Services, claiming was a breeze. Within a month, my issues were resolved. But now? Oh, the agony! My claim from 5th June 2024 languishes untouched, my phone is yet to be taken to the repair center. Apparently my IMEI number doesn't match however It's the very same phone I claimed for repairs prior without this issues.

Your communication? A dumpster fire. Misleading information, delays, and incompetence reign supreme. I’m done. No more Telkom insurance. No more offers. Your unprofessionalism has pushed me over the edge.
