Satisfactory and unbelievable service

Good Morning . Today I reply being from very angry and wanting to stop using Cellc services to a very happy prompt reply and assistance . Honestly speaking I wanted nothing to do with Cell C after my complaint was ignored by so many agents and departments , but a Team Leader called Tshidiso Tselane from Worldwide Administration services at Cellc took his time to assist me even though it was not his department to do that . Bare in my mind the day of the complaint I did speak to him and he was the 14th person and I felt like he as well was going to waste my time so I dropped the call on him after being on the phone with Cellc for 2 and a half hours with no help , first thing in the morning Tshidiso called me and asked to assist me and I gave him a chance and he did assist me. I would really like to recommend this Leader because he has proven what a Team Leader does and what a leader stands for . I wish to say the company needs people like him and I wish him growth and success over his life. The way he handle my query calling everyone going out of his way even when he had other things to do but saw the need to call me several times i really really appreciate that.
