WorldPlay (www.worldplay.co.za) Deducts Airtime From My Modem *******ly

I have a modem contract with Cell C but I noticed that i have been paying extra to the account and not the R 300 I am supposed to pay. I complained to Cell C and they advised me the company deducting my airtime is World Play.

I logged a complaint with WASPA but WorldPlay is yet to refund me. I also wrote the review below criticizing Cell C and this spurred them into action. https://www.hellopeter.com/cell-c/reviews/illeagal-debit-amounts- **********

WorldPlay however doesn't respond, when contacted by email. I want to know when and where I subscribed for the service, and when I have ever used it. I sincerely think they are a phishing site because I have a don't subscribe policy on all my numbers.

I need advice on how I can make them refund the monies they *******ly debited from my account as it seems I have hit a dead end with both WASPA and Cell C (although the later have agreed to refund the last amount debited from my account).
